Human performance is defined as quantifying the variables of exercise in order to make sound judgement developing an individual exercise prescription. This in conjunction with the goals of the patient, athlete or client develops a solid baseline of metabolic parameters.
Then we re-test every 3-6 months observing trends in performance. We test measures like Body Composition, Resting Metabolic Rate, Posture, Gait/Running Analysis, Power, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance and Aerobic Capacity.
